Normally we advise to allow approximately 14-21 days for delivery to most worldwide destinations.  In many cases it will be considerably quicker than this.   Shipping is generally by airmail through Australia Post and is included in all prices quoted.   For very urgent orders international courier delivery can also be arranged at an additional cost.   Please contact us should you require this service.

Do you have any of your products made in China?

Definitely not.   All our sheepskin products are proudly Australian made.   Please be aware that other major brands, such as Ugg Australia,  are manufactured in China.

How much will my order cost me in US$, UKL or Euro?

We process all credit card payments in Australian dollars as we are based in Sydney, Australia.   Your bank or credit card company will convert the charge back to your local currency.    To find out an approximate conversion please use the currency converter link on our web site.

I only know my US or European sizing - how can I order the right size?

Not a problem.  Our order form allows you to input your sizing and specify the country of sizing.   We will then take care of the the conversion to our Aussie sizes for you.

What if the item doesn't fit or I'm not happy with it?

You may return them to us for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.   However the goods must be in as new condition and unworn.  We will notify you when we have received the returned goods and have processed your refund.    Our mailing address is:-

How safe is it to order using my credit card?

Very safe.   Our order form utilises a secure server and you should see the 'padlock' symbol at the bottom of your browser screen.
